PURETANN is a pure-aniline that has been vegetable tanned. This is pure aniline in its purest form. No chromium or synthetic tanning
agents are used, just pure vegetable extracts, giving an unbelievably soft, luxurious feel and appearance.
The hides are tanned with extracts from pods of the Tara tree, grown in the temperate climate of the Peruvian Andes. The pods are
cultivated in a way that does not damage the trees thus minimising any damage to the environment.
Only the best European raw hides are chosen for PURETANN. As a sensitive pure aniline PURETANN will exhibit all of nature’s gifts that
make this one of the most individual leathers in the Contemporary collection. Growth marks, heal scars, insect bites etc. are all on proud
display.
